Our chickens are Cornish-X meat birds that are raised on pasture here on our farm. Our chickens are moved at least daily to a new clean area of pasture providing them a new salad to snack from. They are provided non-GMO feed and are ABF as well as vaccine-free. Our birds are raised for approximately 8 weeks and then we have them processed at a USDA certified poultry processing center. Our birds are available frozen-fresh (as fresh as you can get) at our physical Farm Store location on our farm or at the Stafford Farmer's Market.

Our hogs are a mix between Duroc, Berkshire and Berkshire/Duroc cross  that are raised on pasture here on our farm. Our hogs are moved throughout the pasture providing them a wooded area and open pasture fields. Our hogs also helped throughout the season uprooting old roots and vines throughout their journey on the farm. They are provided non-GMO feed and are ABF and were provided only the minimal necessary vaccines.. Our hogs are raised for approximately 6 months and then we have them processed at a USDA certified processing center. Our hogs are available frozen-fresh (as fresh as you can get) at our physical Farm Store location on our farm.

Beltie facts

Our cattle our the newest members of the farm and are settling in well. We currently have nine (9) cattle. All are 100% Belted Galloway. They are raised 100% grass-fed only and will be rotationally grazed in season. During the winter months they are closer to the farmhouse and provided bailage and dry hay. The flyer on the left from Beltie.org just shows how much more nutritious "Belties" can be. We have 3 cow, Half-pint which is the mother of 2 steers, Loomis and Maverick. Gary is the mother of Norman and Julia is the mother of Nash. The other to steers are Luke and Miller. Loomis and Luke were just sent to be processed so we will be having beef back in stock. All cattle are out on grass and are rotated regularly. The steers will grow for about 24-28 months before being brought to be processed. The beef is available at our farm store or at the Stafford Farmer's Market.
